The Smart Buyer Program is a way to make sure you have an agent to represent your interests in your real estate purchase & ultimately you get the best price.  There is no cost & no contractual comittment to you for this service. 

The buying agent is paid out of the selling side agents commission.  Working with a Buyer Agent will in no way raise the price you are paying for a home & you pay nothing! We have consistently negotiated better than the market average off of the Home List Price!  In addition we will educate you on the market & watch for the best opportunities.

This is how the program works: 

1. Let us know that you would like to work with a buying agent.  We will determine who is best suited based on the area you are interested in. 

2. We will assign you an agent to work with you on your timeline.  The agent will speak with you & identify your target area & type of home.  You will discuss how often you would like to receive home information. 

3. The agent will set you up to receive home listings through our automated system & keep in touch based on a schedule you determine.  They will be available to help you with market education, identifying good deals, mortgage approval & all of the in's & out's of buying a property. 

4. When you determine the timing is right, the agent will setup showing appointments & take you to the listings. 

5. If you proceed with a purchase, the agent is there 100% of the way to provide comps on the purchase, suggest an offer price, write the contract, negotiate on your behalf & facilitate a successful closing.
